Hi, I’m Duncan Yelds, Chief Strategist of Strategic Investors.

I have over 3 decades of experience in the property industry, both in Australia and internationally. I assist buyers at every stage of the property investment journey, whether you’re a first home buyer, downsizing, upsizing, looking for your first investment property or building a portfolio.

Since 2004 I’ve worked directly with more than 900 individuals and families to secure over 3,500 investment properties. Over three decades I’ve seen the good, the bad and the ugly of the property investment process. I’ve built up a diverse set of skills, experience and qualifications in multiple aspects of real estate and business. I am fortunate also to be among the very few selected to work alongside Anthony Robbins as one of his Trainers and more recently become a Facilitator for Dale Carnegie Training. All of this has assisted in consolidating my methodology for successful property investing.

My genuine desire is for you to not just build wealth, but also take control of your own life. I share everything I know with our members in an easy-to-understand way that focuses on the fundamentals. They describe me as knowledgeable, ethical and experienced. For many, I’m more than an educator, mentor and coach, I’m also a friend. I do my best every day to live up to that expectation.
