The Property Borrowing Power Calculator provides a rough estimate of your potential borrowing capacity.  Financial institutions have many rules in determining how much you can borrow, from your Position Title, the industry you work in, your age, your credit history and the list goes on.

In the property borrowing calculation, we have used Australia’s Government, NSW HEM values.
